L-line Heat Exchangers
L-line heat exchangers are copper brazed. Special corrugation pattern of the plates ensures compromise between low flow resistance and high heat exchange efficiency. Vacuum furnace technology ensures integrity and permanent fusion of plates which enables the unit to withstand high-pressure and high-temperature conditions. It is an ideal solution for heating, HVAC, technological, cooling and industry installations as the exchangers can also work as refrigerant evaporators or condensers. There are many connection types to be chosen as well as one- or two-pass variants.

HAD Heat Exchanger
In order to meet market demand for compact, easy to install and economical solution, SECESPOL engineers created HAD heat exchanger. Unique construction of connections lower pressure loss at high flow velocity. It also reduces fouling and makes the exchanger more resistant to differences in media parameters. Corrugated tubes promote tu
rbulent flow which further intensifies heat exchange and helps the reduction of deposits. It is fully equipped ready-to-install set consisting of a shell & coil heat exchanger, a mount and an insulation. Compactness, high efficiency with low pressure drop and outstanding reliability are the core advantages of HAD. DNA Heat Exchangers
DNA heat exchangers represent next step in the evolution of tubular heat exchangers. They deliver significant benefits in the areas of hydraulics and heat transfer while maintaining the features and benefits of traditional shell & tube design.
DNA achieves significantly higher heat transfer rates comparing to standard solution. The arrangement of the heat exchange surface in the shell side allows for more efficient operation in high volume applications (e.g. flue gas, hot air, low pressure steam).

Our design team prepares all thermodynamical, vibration and strength calculations for each project. All our heat exchangers are produced in our factory in Nowy Dwor Gdanski. We produce using carbon or stainless steel, duplex, titanium, Monel, copper, Incoloy and others. If needed, our products are equipped with local Control and Measurement Instruments and Automation. We also offer heat exchangers repair at client’s plant.
